Run batch job on selected features

Hello all. I'm using the following guide to run a batch job in Arcmap 10.8: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/data-reviewer/validating-data-with-batch-jobs-using-the-reviewer-batch-validate-tool.htm

I want to limit the batch validate to selected features ( I have selected the items in the attribute table and have Selection Sets selected). When I run the tool, the Reviewer table shows errors for the entire feature class.

Is there something I'm missing?

Hello Daniel,

The selection set option only works on selected features in a feature class. Unfortunately, it does not run on selected records in a table.

Thank you for your reply. I believe that I have selected features in the feature class using select by location.
