Dashboard visualization of charts for increase of areas over years

Hi,

I have a very general question to make, and I am looking for an approach.

I want to find a best chart visualization for a dashboard for the information I have in a sample table bellow.

The feature is a polygon type, and the area is calculated automatically (there are several other locations than the ones on this table).

Dear all,
I came up with an idea for visualization. I am not sure if it is possible.
I have one point layer with the naming, and other important info. That is used for the pop-up.
I have second one with the same names but in this case, it is polygon, the table is equal to the one of the previous post.
Is it possible to have the chart in the pop-up (from point layer) pointing to the table of the polygon?
Is it possible to create the chart (pie chart) showing the evolution in area for each location?
