Can i make filter from 2 features not one

When i use Category selector in DB it ask for layer which depend on , do i have ability to choose 2 layers

to choose from then make action with other indicators to reflect areas for each FC that falls within each one

one idea is to merge 2 layers i want then use Category selector but is there other idea since i am new

to using dashboards
