Raster data exploration in dashboards

Hi! Sorry for my question, I have not a lot of experience in the dashboard "world".

Someone knows someway to explore raster data in the dashboards? Things as query, histograms generation, by selected polygon. Just an example: I have a data set with vector polygons and also a raster tif with wind speed data. So, is there someway to generate graphics/ histograms in dashboards with raster data (example: average wind speed of the area delimited by the polygon"1", or average wind speed of polygon area "1" plus polygon area "2", and so on)?

Also if it is possible, which raster format should I published in portal to be able to extract info (tiles, map image (wms)?

If is not possible in dashboards someone recommends other apps or widgets of ArcGIS webapp builder that can do it?
