Embedded Web App's Export function doesn't work in a dashboard

Hello,

I created a dashboard which has a separate tab containing a web app version of the web map configured to the dashboard's widgets. The idea is to provide the end user with a one-stop shop, where they can see all the dynamic metric widgets, as well as do their own queries and filtering through an embedded web app using the same web ap.

Everything in the embedded web app worked, but when I use the web app's query and export function, through the dashboard, the export to CSV function does not work. Is there a work around to this? Or do we have to keep dashboards and web apps separate?
