URL parameter (Feature parameter) configured in Dashboard to zoom fails to zoom

Within AGOL, I have configured a URL Parameter, of type Feature Parameter, configured to zoom. Although the URL and all other actions work, the zoom to feature does not.

An example of the URL I'm using is: https://natureserve.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/ea821f11e20e416a89fd5c39b4ed4c5a#AREANAM=Exuma%20Cays%20Land%20%26%20Sea%20Park

And a screenshot of the configured parameter is shown below. Why is this not working?

I just had the same issue. The problem was that I had a zoom action set up in the list, so adding the URL parameter to zoom also meant that the dashboard had two map zoom actions. Removing it from the list made the zoom work. The bug is here: BUG-000148627 for ArcGIS Dashboards (esri.com)

In my case, I made a copy of the dashboard to use just for the URL parameters.
