I want to add a field to the infrastructure Projects feature layer but I am confused on how everything is connected. I can add a field to the infrastructure feature layer and can see the dashboard uses a view of this feature layer called capital projects but can't figure out how to update capital project view to show what the infrastructure projects feature layer shows.
