Logo icon is hidden on dashboard

Hello everyone,

I've been using dashboards for a while now, without problems (ArcGIS Entreprise 11.0). I like to use default icons proposed by ESRI as logos for my thematic dashboards.

I'm not sure if this happenned after 11.0 update, but those logos do no display anymore on the header. Default icons are used, default color as well. I also tried different sizes and colors. It displays well when I configure it in the header settings, but it is transparent on the dashboard itself. Have you experienced such issue ? Thank you in advance.

This sounds similar to the issue I am having with my Attribute Selector icons within dashboard. See the post I created a few weeks back:

Unfortunately, no one has replied to my post with any ideas as to why this is happening or solutions.

Indeed, it seems like the same issue. Are you working with ArcGIS Entreprise or AGOL ? Which version ?

I tried to clear cache, to create a new simple dashboard and display it with different browsers but no success so far.

Thanks. It doesn't seem to be linked to a specific version then. Are you able to correctly display svg icons in your dashboards headers ?

I have some selectors in my header and the SVG icons are working there for me. I made some changes to my dashboard yesterday, as far as the layout goes, and now all my icons seem to be working just fine when I looked at it this morning. I've opened it up a few times and in different browsers. Not sure if there was just a glitch in the Dashboard software, but all is working now.

For information, I had a look with technical support. It's working with third-party custom png files, which is an acceptable workaround for now. A bug ticket was submitted.

Hello @Arnaud_Leidgens ! Do you happen to have the bug number for me so I can add my own case to it? Facing the same issue. Funnily, while editing I can see it but as soon as I leave edit mode it disappears.

FYI, for me it was not related with any update as we did the development of the dashboards in that portal and no updates were installed. It "just happened" suddenly. I cannot tell though when as I didn't pay attention to the logo when looking at the dashboards. Only when I took screenshots today is when I realized the issue.

Same for us. It worked fine after 11.0 update. It "just happened" suddenly as well.
