Bad or low performance with Dashboard containing a 2M records hosted map

Hi,

I've created up to 3 hosted features containing in total around 2M of records on my Enterprise ArcGIS on-line account.

I've built 2 different WebMaps and then 2 dashboards, containing around 300K and 1,8M of records (Points).

When creating those dashboards based on those WebMaps, the stability and performance are quite unstable and low. Here is an screenshot:

There are widgets that may take a couple of minutes to get ready, also the WebMap does not represent all features within that frame.

The web browser (Chrome or Mozilla) get stuck too sometimes.

I wanted to know if there exist some limitations on the number of features within a WebMap to be then used within a Dashboard.

Btw, almost all widgets are connected to "filter" when one of its characteristics is chosen.

From the Hosted features used, all Setting are disabled:

It would be great if someone point me to something that I may be missing, or maybe there are some limitations on number of features.
