    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a dashboard with 10 layers, By default web map properties layer 1 is selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Requirement is, when a user select/deselect layer 8... result should be Layer 10 should be automatically selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this functionality doable in dashboard actions or from embedded content javascript onChange events.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
