Problem with putting multiple selectors on the dashboard; the second selector does not work

Hello, I have a problem with putting multiple selectors on the ArcGIS Online dashboard.

[Situation]
On the ArcGIS Online dashboard edit page, I put two selectors that filter points based on grouped values (as in Capture.PNG). Both selectors filter data from the same layer. Multiple selections are allowed.

[Problem]
The first selector works without problem. However, the second selector does not work displaying "no options available" (as in Capture0.PNG) both in the edit and view pages. When I go to the edit page and the tab Configurations > Actions on that filter, it also says "Element does not support any events."

[Solutions I tried (but did not work)]
- Recreating the selector
- Putting the third selector
- Dis- & en-abling the rendering actions on the first selector

Hi, adding "category field" in addition to the filters worked out and solved this problem, but I still do not understand why, so I appreciate if anyone has ideas.
