https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-questions/issues-with-dashboard-can-t-access-the-feature/m-p/1154871#M5989 <P>Having issues where Dashboard can’t access the Feature Services or Map Services from our ArcGIS Server coming from a sde.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The feature service works on webmaps just not in dashboards.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Another clue is that the Feature/Map services work on our Portal Dashboards, but not on AGOL Dashboards.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The features are behind a firewall, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. When I add these layers to the map, I do get a message saying <EM>“Layer “X” seems to be on an internal network and is not accessible to ArcGIS.com. Thus editing will be disabled on this layer”. </EM>However, I can still see all the features on the map. Just thought maybe this has something to do with the issue that the dashboard can’t access these layers.
