how to change date format when we hover over serial chart in dashboard

Hi,

My data is in the format date month year, for example 01/12/2021. When I make charts in dashboard and hover the mouse over the line. The date is shown in format(month/date year) 12/01/2021. This is confusing to the team with whom I share dashboard.

How do I change this, Is there any settings for dashboard where I can do so.

I am using version 10.9. I read in another thread that a update has made. Is it done for 10.9
