For example<A href="https://www.olehanarussia.com/" target="_self">.</A> how would I scrape the number of cases for each country in Africa from the <A href="https://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/a5603222b29c49539df3af45bac16bcc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Africa CDC COVID-19 dashboard</A>?
