How to configure ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 to have the latest version of ArcGIS Dashboards which went out of beta?

Hi Hussam,

There is no install of the new ArcGIS Dashboards for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. It will be included with the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 release (scheduled for later this year). You will have to upgrade your ArcGIS Enterprise instance.

Yes, ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 will have the new ArcGIS Dashboards included. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 is targeted for release sometime in Q4 2021.
