Select Multiple in filter issue

It could be that I don't know the new format, but I cannot figure out how to select multiple attributes when filtering after the update.

For Example, If I choose a filter to be any feature that includes multiple attributes, I have yet to figure out how to add multiple attributes. It overwrites the selection, I've tried using Ctrl, Shift, commas. They only way it seems to work is if I add all and remove the ones I don't want.
