Will Ops Dashboard honor arcade expressions?

Will Ops Dashboard honor arcade expressions? This is an important feature I would love to take advantage of in an Ops Dashboard. I find that the fields are not available for the elements.

I cannot access the url you provided. I get a bad request error message. I can explain what I am doing.

A simple Arcade is set up in ArcGIS Online Popup
- Concatenate('https://water.weather.gov/resources/hydrographs/' + Lower($feature.gaugelid) + '_hg.png')
- https://cmccullough2.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=33c8f6a5f2fc4e3f9a8b42951edca0fd
New field is present in table and displays hydrograph properly in popup
In the Ops Dashboard the field is not available in the data table disallowing the popup image to display

- The popup displays the url, but not the image
In addition, I would like to use Arcade Expressions to change the string values to number values so that I can use other elements similar to the Earthquake auto-focus map. NWS publishes all their fields as strings.

Thank you and yes you may share it. This dashboard is only pointing to one data layer. I may make edits in the future.

The ArcGIS Dashboards Beta is scheduled for release mid-April 2020 timeframe, so very soon.
