      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Larry, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A suggestion would be using a query widget and set up a query with 2 criteria, e.g. speed Equal 0 AND time_field Is within the last 10 minutes, or speed Equal 0 AND time_field Is after 3/20/2014. (please see the screenshot below for an example). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also set up the above query in the layer filter map tool if you just want to turn some features on/off. In addition, you can define an additional data source based on that query by setting up a filter in the configure map window (as shown in the second screenshot below). That way, all widgets will be able to consume that data source.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know if you have more questions, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tif&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
