The workflow involves security personnel collecting incidences using either Collector for ArcGIS or Geoform. Now senior management would like the existing workflow to be revised in such a way that upon submission of data by field collectors, couple of supervisors review before it is finally posted as final on the dashboard. Is there a way I can create another feature service layer to feed into the final layer that is consumed in the dashboard???
