In-line attribute field substitution in ArcGIS Dashboards

Hello:

I have a quick question. In the "Details" widget in ArcGIS Dashboards, I noticed that it was possible to dynamically add values from attribute fields in the Title and Description section of the widget (See Figure 1).

However, when I looked in the Serial Chart widget, I noticed that this option was not there (See Figure 2).

Is there a way to add dynamic text in the Serial Chart widget in the Title and Description sections? The way I would like to use this is to include the data from route field and month field to populate the values in the image above like "Average 8:00 am Peak Hour Travel Time (minute) of Sample Street in June.
