    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Paul,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order for you to display your customer calls in dashboard you will need to connect them to your gis.&amp;nbsp; You may already be doing this part.&amp;nbsp; Once you have the customers you would publish a service and consume the service in a web map.&amp;nbsp; From there operations dashboard consumes the map and data service to display widgets.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure how familiar you are with this process but can you tell me a little about your GIS experience and what you organization has for software/hardware?&amp;nbsp; I have some experience in setting up and trouble-shooting dashboards and would be happy to help if I can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brandon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Fire Department Incidents</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very new to all of this, but there is something that I am very interested to doing with a dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to see about getting the calls from our fire department on a dashboard in real time, but I have not been able to find any information on how this is done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please tell me how this is done, and what I would need to do to put this on my dashboard?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
