Is there an EXE or MSI install file for Operations Dashboard?

One of our customer receives an error while downloading the app.

Log-Error says (translated from German):

+ Eine HTTP-Umleitung ist für Anwendungsdateien und Assemblys unzulässig. Ein Herunterladen von 'CoherentUI_Native.dll' ist nicht möglich.

=> a HTTP-redirection for application data and assemblys is not permissible. A download of 'CoherentUI_Native.dll' is not possible.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Philip,

Please submit new Support Case with Esri Support requesting the MSI Installer for Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS. Please refer to the correct version (v10.3.2 or v10.3.3) needed by the customer as well as why the MSI Installer is needed and why the customer is unable to use the Click-Once Deployment available via the Get Operations Dashboard button on Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Resources page. You will also need to provide customer name and customer number.
