Hi,

I have excel sheet with coordinate prepared for Operations Dashboard for roads status, how can reflect Coordinates into Operations Dashboard as road line feature, not as points?

If I am interpreting your question correctly, it looks like you have linear referenced data. You will have to publish the data as a linear referencing service with Esri Roads and Highways for Server.

Enabling the linear referencing capability—Event Editor for Roads and Highways | ArcGIS Enterprise

Once the data is available as a map service, then Ops Dashboard can access the data. Although I am not sure if its elements can display the linear referencing data content in its charts.
