Support for Proxy Credentials

Is there anyway to allow the entry of proxy credentials for the dashboard. When I am at work I cannot log in to ArcGIS Online. Running fiddler i get proxy authentication 407 errors. So can I specify anywhere the credentials for the proxy server, prior to trying to login to ArcGIS Online ???

Hi,

If you are having issue using Operations Dashboard behind a Proxy server could you please log a Support Ticket with as much details about your network environment i.e. type of Proxy server, what type of authentication you are using...etc. The more information we can gather on your setup/issue would assist us in trying to address this problem.

We submitted a support ticket (1142997) back in April 2013 and ESRI was not able to help. Should we submit another one?
