      <title>Operation Dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having difficulty downloading the application from &lt;A href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ba47e0bf6cb84a6e9f77e9caf86b88eb"&gt;http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ba47e0bf6cb84a6e9f77e9caf86b88eb&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I receive an error message "Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone encountered this issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing wrong with my connection, so I think it may be the file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had similar issues, caused by our IT firewall. I worked with our network admins to get the necessary permissions to allow the download/install to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Thank you for your help, I had my IT department help me resolve the issue, as I can now successfully install the Operation Dashboard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
