    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already install a XMPP server (OpenFire) and public it to Internet. Then I test connection successfully with Spark client.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But when I use the same parameters with OD's Chat widget (same machine with Spark), it said that Invalid ID or Password&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do I need to do others to make it run ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already solve the issue!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It may come from the server certificate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I install OpenFire before, it automatically set a local certificate. So now need to change to Internet certificate. And it works &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;P/s: I feel server certificate system of OpenFire (or Operations Dashboard) is not good much, having a little bit stricky!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
