Operations Dashboard Driving Direction only works with certain countries

Hi folks,

I’m getting some unexpected behavior from Operations Dashboard and I’m not being able to assess the cause of it.

For the same webmap:

When published through Operations Dashboard driving directions only works for certain countries (Brazil, Argentina, Peru) but not for others (U.S., Canada, Colombia),
When using it in a webmap interface driving directions works everywhere I’ve tested.

As I’m testing the tool in Brazil, I’m wonder if someone has got the same issue the other way around. Let me know if someone does.
