Layer List Expanded by Default in Ops Dashboard

I want to have the layers list be expanded by default in operations dashboard. Is it possible to change something in the code to make this happen?

Unfortunately, there is no way to enable this in Operations Dashboard. Can you please post an enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas site?

@KrystalPhaneuf3, your idea, Expand Layer List and Other Widgets by Default, was closed.

I agree it was a great idea, responded there that it should be reopened, and resubmitted it as a new idea.

Making it a choice to leave the layers list open by default would help those less GIS savvy to navigate the interface. Something similar to the active legend in WAB.
