Frozen Dashboard while editing

I am having an issue with editing a dashboard. It seems to be "frozen", is there anything I can do on my end to restart things? Will this happen again? Can I prevent this in the future?

I haven't heard of this behavior before. I tried to access the 2 links you provided, but it looks like they haven't been shared for public access as a login to your AGOL organization is needed. Can you please re-share?
