    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you running IE10?&amp;nbsp; I used to have the same problem (and other issues with ArcGIS Online etc.) - updated IE10 to IE11 and everything just works again...&amp;nbsp; Not sure if this is what fixed my Operations Dashboard, but it certainly fixed all the other issues I was having connecting to ArcGIS Online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Update Fails</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to open Operations Dashboard and it tries to update but fails.&amp;nbsp; I've attached the log file produced when failing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; I've tried using a username with Admin rights and it also fails there too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
