Can I limit a chart based on the Count statistic?

Is there a way I can limit the Count values that a Serial chart shows?

I have a chart of my "Key" values grouped with a stat of Count. The counts run from 0 to 8. I want the chart to NOT show any 3 values. I just want to chart/show/list (or whatever) all the Keys that are not 3. So chart 0,1,2,4,5,6,7,8 only. So if there are more or less than 3 records with the same Key (say Plot245) it is a problem but if it is 3 its fine.

3 records have Key Plot34

2 records have Key Plot35

1 record has Key Plot66

Then I only want to chart/list etc Plot35 and Plot66. Plot34 should be hidden.

I want to show Red but not show any of the blue values.
