I have rebuilt spatial indexes, field indexes, optimized layer drawing, and created a view layer for each layer. No luck. Spoke with Esri support last week and was told there's a 429 error from another dashboard that is constantly used. Anyone have any insight to this? That dashboard needs to remain constantly in motion.
