We have experienced this and have been advising users to 'enable' Local Area Network Access.

The only fix appears to be to go to 'chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check' and disable the 'Local Access Checks' option. This will apparently not be an option soon

I cannot imagine this 'setting' would ever not be an option, and we've been working with our system administrators to see if we can default this through setting for our entire organization.

Hi,

It looks like Chrome and Edge now have a security feature that will prevent the web page from displaying embedded content from other locations. This is causing issues for us when viewing embedded Survey123 forms in Dashboards (Enterprise) because we are retrieving the web form URL from the Survey123 website (ArcGIS Online). The form will not display.

The only fix appears to be to go to 'chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check' and disable the 'Local Access Checks' option. This will apparently not be an option soon because the feature is planned to be built in to Chrome and not able to be disabled. This work around is also not practical to ask our users to do as we have hundreds of people that use our Enterprise system (version 10.8.1).

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a way to get a web form URL without navigating through the Survey123 website? This is the URL we are currently using:

https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys/<ItemID>/overview?portalUrl=https:%2F%2F<PortalURL>%2Fportal

@Cat_Boyes We had a similar issue in Edge recently where some of our users were having issues with an embedded web app in a dashboard and some were not. We had to have them update their permissions in Edge for arcgis sites:

In Edge settings > Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > All permissions > Local network
On this tab under 'Customized behaviors' and 'Not allowed to access other devices on your local network' there were two arcgis sites they had to 'allow' in order for the embedded web app to function properly for them in the Dashboard while using Edge. (In this section of privacy settings there are 3 dots next to each 'Not allowed' site - click the 3 dots to get to 'allow')

I hope this helps - it was driving me nuts.
