Layer not accessible in Dashboard when creating a list - Hosted Feature Layer

Hi,

I have a hosted feature layer called building placards in a map. When I create a dashboard and add in the map the layer is visible on the map however when I try to add in a list widget based on my hosted layer it says the layer is not accessible. I also have a view layer of the building placards hosted feature layer which has a filter for just a specific event date. If I add in the view layer, this layer is accessible. So the original hosted feature layer is inaccessible but the view layer is fine. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like that layer does not have query enabled.
