Export Widget not working on all Dashboards

Hi ESRI Community,

I created 24 dashboards that connect to a main dashboard. Most dashboards are a replication of a previous one, but populated with the relevant information for that specific dashboard. They are all map centric. I'm writing because I added the Query widget to each map so users could download the data sets for the map in a spreadsheet, but it only works for one dashboard. I have checked the Data Action and they all have the Export option selected and the Related Widget to the corresponding Map, I also triple checked the Query content and it matches with the corresponding map. Any guesses what could be happening here and how to fix it for the other dashboards?

Hi @GiannaHaro

Do the other dashboards work as expected outside of being connected to a main dashboard? Are you able to export from the other dashboards?

Does this happen if you add the data to other applications?

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your answer! All works perfectly, the data get's display correctly in the maps too and you can filter it etc, the only thing that doesn't work is the Export option. Below is the link to the dashboard that allows you to download (export) data when you click in the query button. But if you navigate to any other dashboard it doesn't even show the Export option in the Query menu.

Screenshot below of Export option showing only on this dashboard (this option is not possible on all the other dashboards).
