Edit attributes in embedded ExB form based on dashboard table selection

I am trying to embed an Experience (a simple Edit widget) into a Dashboard. What I would like to have happen is the edit widget updates/selects the correct record based on a selection in a table. I can't figure out the right combination of URL parameters/filter actions to make this happen. Here's the structure of the URL to the embedded content:

https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/fjkdsjfdafjfkaksjdhfkdkdhdkd/?objectid={field/OBJECTID}

I also tried to add a URL parameter to the Dashboard View settings, but can't seem to get it to work 100%. When I click on a record in the table, the embedded content filters, but the feature to be edited never appears. The Table and the Experience are both pointing to the same standalone Feature Layer (not in a map).

I should also add that if this were in AGO or Enterprise 11.4, this would be a lot easier with the "Allow attribute updating" feature, but the site is at 11.3.
