However, since ArcGIS Dashboards Classic is now deprecated, how do I migrate the dashboards to the new ArcGIS Dashboards in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 or 11.4? Are their any requirements before doing so? Or I just need to open the dashboards in the new ArcGIS Dashboards then resave them?
