Print From Dashboard - Map Not Displayed

Hi all,

Really weird/frustrating issue I'm seeing after building a reporting dashboard. I have the data and map showing as desired, but the client I've built this for really wants to be able to create a .pdf from the presented dashboard. The path of least resistance seemed to be simply printing the webpage to PDF, but this is what I'm seeing:

Dashboard:

This is what I'd like the PDF export to look like. This way, the user can specify the date range and create a new .pdf whenever they'd like.

Firefox:

Neither the map, nor the legend/piechart appear?

Chrome/Edge:

The map appears, but not at the correct extent. Also no piechart/legend?

I've tried changing all components of the dashboard to 'public' to rule out permissions issues
I followed this guide to use Experience Builder to create a print button
- Behaviour was the same in Experience Builder as Dashboards
I've kicked the tires on Instant Apps, Map Viewer, etc, to see if there is a better way to export this data
- Not ideal as the Dashboard is the perfect way to display this data, but the .pdf requirement is an unexpected stumbling block

Anything I'm missing here?

Hi, I could reproduce this behavior in Microsoft Edge. By changing the scale you should be able to get the whole dashboard visible in your print.

Interesting! I was able to get the whole dashboard visible using scale, there is whitespace at the bottom, but that can be cropped. Wonder why the chart and legend doesn't count as a printable area...

This gives me two workable options for the client. Thanks!
