Can someone advise I want to create a dashboard using future layers from the Survey123 URL but getting the message that the layers are not accessible. What to do?

Are you using AGOL or enterprise? Did you create the survey on survey123 online or connect?

Can you try:

Go to the Hosted Feature Layer

Click 'create view layer' to create a layer pointing at your survey data, but where you can control access.

Add the view layer to your map and share it with the same groups/public as the map and dashboard.

Try configuring the dashboard now and see if they layer is accessible.

The layer not accessible message is generally something you might see on Feature Collection:

https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/problem-unable-to-access-feature-layers-in-arcgis-dashb-000023127

I wonder if you are using one of the default survey layers where querying is disabled. Using the steps above will give access and secure your data.
