Serial Chart action does not filter data in map

I have a simple map with bridges, counties, and a serial chart showing bridge conditions. I have enabled a layer action based on the County with bridges and serial chart as the targets. The rectangle selection method is being used.

Once I am done configuring these options I save the dashboard and test it. It works. THEN when the view is filtered if I pan the map, the numbers in the chart recalculate as if there is no filter on. The filter in the bridges stays as is. THEN if I unselect a county and reselect so I can see the results again the chart does not filter. I have tried 2 browsers, reconfigured the chart several times, and even started over with a new dashboard. Same thing every time.

Any ideas are appreciated.

The numbers at the top of the cart columns should add up to 3 to match the dots in the map.

Then when I move the map, the numbers in the chart change

I cannot access your dashboard but could it be so that you have both layer actions and map actions configured and that these are in conflict with each other?

@AndreasHall That was it. I had a map action that targeted the graphs to display only the data shown in the view. Once I removed that action everything worked as expected.
