Please add capability to filter map service sublayer based in Category Selector's Actions.

The key to getting a map service's sub-layers to work with dashboard actions is to ensure the url being referenced is the map service layer, not the map service itself. For example:

use this:

https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Energy/Infrastructure/MapServer/0

not this:

https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Energy/Infrastructure/MapServer
