idea Allow widgets to be hidden/shown based on group membership in ArcGIS Dashboards Ideas

Currently Dashboards have an all or nothing presentation based on what users and groups have access. The only exception is that users and groups can be used within a list to customize content.

My idea is to think about a widget as an abstract object with a position and access controls. Then for each case, define what specific widget to show.

Use case: We have Dashboards with embedded Survey123 form. We have determined there is a need to develop an altered form for some of our groups edit additional fields we don't want the general user base to access. Rather than creating and maintaining nearly duplicate dashboards, I would prefer to show one form to certain groups and a default form (else condition) to others.

You may be able to control this in the Survey123 form itself. You can pull a logged in user name into the form and then you could have relevancy based on that username.
