Separate color for popup background

Please allow the popup background (on the map widget) to be a different color than the foreground selection. White popups look the best so information, links, photos, really pop, but I don't want that to force other large areas of my dashboard (the category selector that's across the top of my dashboard) to also be white when I'm trying to match a theme.

Changed it to red just to illustrate they're controlled by the same color.

@ChelseaRozek The color for the popup is also configurable for each Map element. In the Map element configuration, switch to the General tab and set the Foreground color there to one that will look best for the popup and the other map tools.
