Improve dashboard zoom options

Either allow the user to change the zoom scale when filtering by grouped values, or update the default to better accommodate single map points. It currently zooms in too much for single points.

I cannot agree more with this. I came out of my way to find if there was post under consideration for this problem.

The big issue with this is that with the current point zoom scale, the zoom goes to a scale of 5 feet. If I have multiple points selected the zoom works well to bring both points into view.

If you don't use the zoom, however, when there are more than one point selected and the map is already zoomed in, it will display the the area between the points when it pans (the middle of nowhere).

Please consider taking a look into this @patrickb.
