Ability to add annotation to tell users the reason for increasing or declining in production numbers.

I had just logged on to submit this exact idea. This would be particularly useful for Serial Charts using the X axis for time, to highlight important events or deadlines that may provide the reader extra context for the changes they are seeing over time. They could be similar to the Guides that are already available, except have them be vertical instead of horizontal. Provided another visual example below. The ability to create these both manually and dynamically from values in the data would be great as well, with priority to the former.
