idea Clicking on a feature and activating triggers/events without needing to use the selection tool in ArcGIS Dashboards Ideas

I would like to be able to click on a feature, like a census tract, and trigger actions without having to click the selection tool first. I want to reduce user actions (the amount of times someone needs to click their mouse) in order to populate their desired outcome. Similar to a pop-up panel in WAB, with just one click rather than 4 or 5 clicks, a user would immediately execute their desired outcome. StoryMaps did this in the storymap setup by allowing builders to automatically show the legend on demand through specific options in the storymap builder environment. I imagine this option in dashboards as well where the creator specifically creates this request... without adding the selection widget.
