idea Prevent popup from collapsing in ArcGIS Dashboards Ideas

We use ArcGIS Dashboard Classic in various contexts. For example, dashboards are embedded into websites like https://cup2go.vdl.lu/.

In ArcGIS Dashboard Classic with ArcGIS JS API v3, popups are always visible after clicking a map feature. However, with the new ArcGIS Dashboard, it makes use of the responsiveness of ArcGIS JS API v4. This means, that if the application width is lower or equal 781 pixels, the popup will be collapsed.

As it is very difficult for the user to know and to find out, how to unfold the popup contents, I propose to let the Dashboard admin decide, if the popup should always be unfold.
