Transparent background for ArcGIS Dashboards and its elements.

I'd like to have the option to set the background of an ArcGIS Dashboard to transparent, as well as the background of its elements. Sometimes when embedding the dashboard in other websites I need them to be transparent due to styling used for the sites.

The current given options are Hex, RGB or HSL Syntax. But #0000ffff and for example 120, 100%, 50%, 0 are invalid.

rgba(255,255,255,0) is also invalid.

Is there any on this? Specifically, I'm hoping to set the background of the List element to be transparent.
