Sometimes the integrated receiver won't find a location. It just says 'updated 2 minutes ago'. To fix it you completely close Collector and reopen it. Problem solved and location is fixed quickly and accurately. The integrated receiver says 'updated jusy now' as it should. Close Collector completely and reopen.
