Collector crashing

Hello,

We’re putting together a Collector project using high accuracy GPS to realign gas mains. I’m having issues with Collector crashing or not collecting features. I have used iOS and Android devices and I get a different set of problems with each one.

I have three feature classes in my web map. Two point features and a line feature representing gas fittings, gas valves, and gas pipeline.

iOS – Collects lines and fittings fine. Won’t collect valves. I get an error message “the data types are not compatible” when I submit the new feature.

Android – Collects both fitting and valve point features but not lines. As soon as I tap the line feature to collect the app crashes. I tried the Beta version and collects the lines great, but it won’t collect valves.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work on either of these platforms?
